I start with a whitewashed painted pine frame that's 18x18 inches square and carefully cover every inch of its surface with gorgeous beach glass in watercolor blue hues-- cobalt, light blue, in between, and some clear-- to create a beautiful work of art for a bathroom, bedroom, entry hall, or wherever you need a bit of coastal charm.
